  2. 2. Conditions of Use

    You must meet certain criteria to use PionLogin services. You can browse the website without registering an account. However, to register an account, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account and all activities under it.

      • Intentionally damaging, deleting, modifying, or accessing data, passwords, systems, or information without authorization.
      • Overloading or interfering with the normal operation of our systems or our partners' systems.
    • 2.3 Fraudulent, impersonation, or illegal use, such as:
      • Impersonating individuals or organizations to damage reputation.
      • Using proxy services to access, log in to, or perform unauthorized transactions on payment gateways, banks, or e-wallets.
      • Promoting, distributing, or operating illegal services as outlined in Decree 15/2020/NĐ-CP (e.g., gambling, selling prohibited items).
      • Disseminating anti-government content, inciting religious/political conflict, spreading obscene materials, or violating Vietnamese cultural norms.
    • 2.4 Resource abuse, including but not limited to:
      • Using CPU-intensive software like crypto mining tools or traffic exchange software (e.g., Hitleap).
      • Using services to spread or promote malware.
    • 2.5 Other prohibited actions:
      • Faking content, branding, or information of individuals/organizations.
      • Engaging in any behavior deemed unethical, unlawful, or against community standards.
  3. 3. Pricing & Payments
    • 3.1 Pricing

      After installing the application and setting up an account, you can choose the appropriate PL plan. Each plan's features and prices are listed at: https://pionlogin.net/#pricing.

      Prices are in VND (Vietnamese Dong) or USD. Users are responsible for ensuring accurate purchases, and we are not liable for incorrect or uninformed purchases.

    • 3.2 Billing & Payment

        PionLogin only supports one payment method: via the designated bank account published on the system.

      • 3.2.2 Prepayment Requirement

        All service payments are prepaid to maintain service continuity.

      • 3.2.3 Taxes

        Prices already include tax. We handle tax obligations on behalf of the customer.

      • 3.2.4 Refund Policy

        We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, unless due to force majeure caused by PionLogin. Customers are advised to top up only the amount they intend to use.

    • 3.3 Payment Information Security

      We are committed to keeping your payment information strictly confidential. This data will not be shared with any individual, organization, or third party unless necessary to fulfill customer requests or comply with legal requirements.

    • 3.4 Payment Issues

      If you encounter any payment issues, please contact us immediately. Our support team is committed to resolving any issues promptly.

      By making a purchase with PionLogin, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these terms. We strive to ensure safe and transparent transactions for all users.

    • 3.5 Account Deletion

      You may request to delete your account via the website or app. Once deleted, all your data and associated team member accounts will also be permanently removed. To use the service again, you must register a new account.

    • Customers bear full legal responsibility if PionLogin is used for illegal activities and accept any consequences from authorities.
    • Customers are responsible for managing their software accounts and bear consequences from mismanagement or negligence.
    • Customers must provide accurate registration information.

    • Offer customer support during service use in accordance with our support policy.
    • Notify users of scheduled maintenance or service changes.
    • Fulfill all commitments outlined in this document.
  6. 6. Disclaimer of Liability

    We are not responsible for the following:

    • Server inaccessibility or data loss due to service expiration.
    • Errors caused by user misuse or violation of terms.
    • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, DDoS attacks, or system maintenance.
    • Large-scale network incidents beyond our control.

    We recommend that users regularly back up their data. PionLogin is not obligated to provide data backups.

    We do not monitor the purpose of service usage. PionLogin is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service.
